Silvercity organizing a ‘Sports Carnival’ spread over 2 months

A Society is where people live together, celebrate together and play together. True, the times have changed; true, that people have become busier; true, that people have less time for each other. In times like these the responsibility of an AOA increases as it is not just to look into the maintenance part and look after the security, but also to bring people together whether it is to celebrate all festivals or to organize sports carnival. To think and plan for the well being of the residents is uppermost.
The AOA of our Silvercity, Sector 93 does just that – whether it is Durga Puja, Dandia, Dussehra, Diwali or any other such occasions. As the winter begins to motivate the residents to come out of their comfort zone, plans are to organize a ‘Sports Carnival’.
Spread over 2 months, the Sports Carnival will encourage all ages to participate and play in various sports. This time there have been over 500 nominations!
Building on the national spirit of a healthy and happy India, the culmination of this will be on 26 January 2023. This is an initiative by the Silvercity AOA to bring the residents of the society complex together.
