Neeti Bhatnagar, our very own resident of Regency Park 2 is a great cook. Recently, while she has been on a visit home from Canada where she currently resides, she offered to conduct a cookery workshop for the ladies. The workshop was just perfect for the oncoming cold weather and included minestrone soup and lentil and beetroot salad with two types of dips.
To complete the menu Neeti also included a yummy cheese cake orange trifle dessert. The ladies throughly enjoyed the tips and tricks shared by Neeti while the live cooking session was on. The attendees enjoyed a taste of the wonderful soup and salads topped with a great dessert at the end of the workshop.
