Letter To Editor (On 19 June)

Hi to all.

The Club is getting great reviews from all the guests we have hosted recently. A common compliment is that the Club is a 7-star property. If I may give some polite suggestions since God is in the small stuff:

1. If the Club staff could be more courteous and warm towards guests and residents. There was this lady attending to guests in the Rear Lawns – she took great care of seniors visiting the Club a few months back, that was a winner in my opinion and similar courtesy could be extended to all facilities (if possible).
2. The washrooms look great and if an automatic soap dispenser could be added to compliment the aesthetics.
3. The automatic tissue paper dispenser doesn’t work efficiently and the paper quality seems too thick and doesn’t tear properly.
4. The WC could have a mosquito-repellent and be cleaned more frequently.
   Hope it is doable and makes sense.
