Disheartening to See Negligence Around

I am writing to bring attention to a grave issue affecting the residents of Sector 50 and request your assistance in publishing this matter in your esteemed newspaper. Sector 50 has become an open public area for non-residents and miscreants, causing significant security and safety concerns for the residents.

Key concerns include:

• Lack of proper security, allowing unrestricted entry from any point into the sector.

• Chain and mobile snatching incidents, with miscreants roaming freely in the area.

• Non-residents using parks for sleeping, smoking, drinking alcohol, and consuming drugs.

• Outsiders in parks exhibiting abusive behavior and using offensive language, making the area unsafe for families.

• Personal experience: A few weeks ago, while walking with my wife in the main central (E2) park, two drunk individuals started walking behind us singing loudly. When confronted, they abused me and initiated a physical altercation, forcing me to retreat. Despite reporting this incident to the sector’s security head, no action has been taken.

• Outsiders are always in the gym area, misusing the gym facilities, occupying machines to watch videos, eat, chat, and use foul language, making it impossible for residents to exercise peacefully.

It is disheartening to see such negligence, despite paying for RWA services, which fails to ensure residents’ privacy and security. I strongly believe this issue needs immediate attention and action from the authorities.

I kindly request you to highlight these concerns in your newspaper to raise awareness and urge relevant authorities to take appropriate action.

Thank you for your support.
