Last week I witnessed a terrible experience near our home, a resident who has a pet always keeps him tied outside their house during the heat and rains, nothing prompts them to bring their dog inside the house. Often it’s also been noticed how residents keep their pets in the driveway. So uncouth and unmannerly! Pls do not use these voiceless creatures for your security, they are life!
