The Summer Indoor Sports Meet concluded successfully. It saw participation from 249 residents in seven disciplines. The seven disciplines were badminton, billiards, carrom, squash, swimming, table tennis and volleyball.
The gold medal winners were Ujjwal and Ahaan Aggarwal (Badminton Men’s Doubles U16); Ramya and Aviral (Badminton Men’s Doubles A16); Jahnvi and Pragya (Badminton Women’s Doubles U16); Ervil Lata and Sumanjeet Bhati (Badminton Women’s Doubles A16); Praveen and Dhaneeshta (Badminton Mix Doubles); Nitesh Arora and Vishesh Verma (Race 50-Billiards); Aritra (Pool-Billiards); Bharat Bajoria (Carrom Singles); Dolly and Dr. Sunil Narula (Carrom Doubles); Ranveer (Squash U18); Sakshm Vashist (Squash Men’s); Avyaa Agarwal (Swimming U10); Shreeparna Srivastava (Swimming 10-16 Female); Raghav Batra (Swimming 10-16 Male); Jiya Vig (Swimming 16+ Female); Prakhar Mahendru (Swimming 16-45 Male); Saurabh (Swimming 45-65 Male); Satpal Ghanga (Swimming 65+ Male); Souramita Maity (TT Girls U16); Vishnu Verma (TT Boys U16); Kashik (TT 16-25 Boys); Madhur Sharma (TT 25-45 Men’s); Prakhar Rastogi (TT 45+ Men’s); and Anil Seth & Prakhar Rastogi (TT Lucky Doubles).
The prize distribution function took place on Sunday, 14 April at the badminton court 3rd floor Club house. Apart from the medal winners, all participants were felicitated with mementos.
The prize distribution function was made even more exciting with a Zumba session by Shweta and team.
