The Ladies’ Association Meet was held on 4th September. We were happy to invite a young vibrant and an impressive speaker, Nancy Sharma, a Vaastu specialist and a Tarrot card reader to enlighten the ladies about the Vaastu Shastra, which is very popular these days. We see most houses being constructed as per the science of Vaastu Shastra.
She explained that positive thinking is the key to a healthy life. Self motivation and self care is very important and should be inculcated in our life style. She gave some simple and useful tips to follow for a better living style. Some of which are as follows:
When you wake up in the morning, rub your palms thrice and pat your face.
Never keep the bathroom door open and the pot should always be closed when not in use.
First roti should be fed to an outside help of your house.
Do chant some mantra jaap sitting in North East corner of the house in morning.
The chappals should not be kept overlapping or upside down and should be kept in a closed drawer.
Brush your teeth before or after bath and not during bath.
In a case of anxiety and depression, use neem soap for bathing.
Change toilet cleaning brushes every month.
Change doormats frequently.
All the above tips given in short can easily be adopted for peace and happiness in life, which is so very important.
The ladies thoroughly enjoyed the talk. They then played two games of Tambola with a hot cup of soup. It was followed by a photo session and that definitely uplifts the mood of ladies. Our sincere thanks to Holiday Club authorities & staff for all their co-operation.
