Kumbh 2025 at Sangam, Prayagraj, was a magnificent spiritual spectacle, drawing millions of devotees for the sacred Kumbh Snan. The event was impeccably orga-nized, with seamless arrangements by the government to manage the massive gathering. Police personnel played a crucial role, offering cordial assistance to pilgrims, ensuring smooth crowd movement, and maintaining security. Local guides also extended their support, helping the shrad-dhalus navigate the sacred city and reach the bathing ghats with ease.
Among the devotees was Dr. P. Tharwani from Carlton 4, DLF Phase 5, who embarked on this spiritual journey on February 20. To reach the confluence of the holy rivers, he took a hired boat, which took an hour each way. The boat ride itself was an experience, as chants of hymns created an atmosphere of divine energy. After taking the auspicious dip, Dr. Tharwani purchased Rudraksha malas, a cherished token of this sacred experience. The ghats were well-equipped with designated areas where devotees could change their clothes comfortably after taking the holy dip.
His friends stayed in government-organized tents, which provided essential facilities such as bedding, water, and security. Additionally, the administration ensured that the food requirements of millions were met efficiently, with community kitchens serving prasad to devotees. The sight of millions gathered in devotion, chanting prayers, and embracing the sacred energy was mesmerizing. Witnessing the grandeur of Kumbh 2025 was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, reinforcing faith and spirituality in the hearts of all who attended.
As holy waters kissed the shore, a million hearts in faith did soar, with chants of peace and lamps aglow, the river’s grace began to flow.
A timeless journey, pure and grand, where souls unite on sacred land, Kumbh’s embrace, divine and bright, is a beacon of eternal light.
