Lalitha Aunty (CD-7), as she is affectionately called, has been residing in Malibu Towne since 2005. She is an expert in alternative methods of healing and practices acupressure, acupuncture, and colour therapy along with counselling for diet and lifestyle changes.
In March 1996, she was a 48-year-old homemaker, when she suddenly lost her husband due to a heart attack. Both her sons had just started their jobs. The void left by the tragedy, made her seek the direction of her life. She wanted to have a purposeful living and be an asset to society.
She moved to Sector-4, Gurugram from Roorkee as her younger son had a job there. Here, she started volunteering with the Society for Physically Handicapped in the evenings and the mornings at the office of the Dispensary in nearby Arya Samaj Mandir. After a while, she started working at the Acupressure centre of the same Arya Samaj Mandir. She spent 3-4 years here, learning and assisting patients. It was while assisting and treating patients that many of them encouraged her to open her own practice at home. She finally was convinced when one of her patients remarked that she reminded her of her mother’s touch.
Over the years, she has done various certificate courses through workshops and online modules to upgrade her knowledge and has added Electro Puncture and Electro Stimulation machines, along with a spine roller, cupping apparatus, massagers etc. at her practice. She is also quite experienced in Naval (belly) point checking and alignment of the Solar plexus.
She has lots of success stories in her bag; she has been able to cure patients who suffered from fibromyalgia, spine distortion, tailbone pain, PCOD, cramps, sinus, knee pain, migraine, cervical etc.
Her videos on ballooning and oxygen point stimulation during corona helped many people.
Today she keeps herself busy with her patients and is quite content and satisfied as she has a very purposeful life. She is surely an asset to Malibu Towne!!. May she always enjoy good health and happiness.
