On Sunday, May 26, a spiritual organization at AGV-1 in Sector 78, Noida organized a Value-Based Summer Camp for children aged 6-12 years. The camp welcomed not only the children from the local community but also those from neighboring areas, with over 50 children participating. The theme of the camp was “Being Grateful,” emphasizing the importance of expressing gratitude towards the Almighty, parents, teachers, nature, and everyone around us. Participants were provided with gratitude diaries to jot down their expressions of thankfulness for their daily interactions. The camp included various fun-filled activities and spiritual teachings. It commenced with the melodious prayer song, “Achyutam Keshavam Krishna Damodaram,” which the children sang beautifully. The agenda featured team activities such as dancing, singing, extempore speaking, and story-telling, along with interactive sessions and meditation for the children. The children were incentivized with chocolates and gifts for their active involvement. Many parents also thoroughly enjoyed the program. The camp concluded with a spiritual session including meditation led by BK Sister Anjali from Sector 48, with the participation of both children and their parents. This initiative proved to be beneficial for all the children involved.
