From kuch Thanda sa lag Raha hai Kalypso Yaar, Mehndi date bookings, arrangements, decorations, to celebrating the fasting women and above all, waiting for the moon-kitne Baje niklega? Annddd!!! It unfolded to be a massive celebration where ~52 women gathered to celebrate this auspicious day together.
Our ever-energetic Bindaas Romi decided to celebrate this day with all the women, along with dance, snacks, Masti, games, prizes and fun. A few hands like Anu, Supriya, Ritu and more gathered to do the arrangements!
Beautiful decor, selfie point, giggles and poses! The nakhras and Latkas of the women residents were worth seeing. Senior women too, whom we call the youngest lot, enjoyed, danced and slayed with moves by doing fashion walk.
Surabhi’s power dance burnt the floor and was a feast to the eyes. What an energetic performance! Though fasting, the energy seen in all the women was bombastic! Many danced. And enjoyed to their fullest!
The Cafe 128 in Imperial Arcade witnessed major Hariyali and were all out to make the event a success.
The thali pherna was also a beautiful moment to witness as if all the apsaras had landed from heaven. Each one glowing to her best! Prayed for their husbands/ beloveds for their long lives and being grateful to the divine!
We look forward to many more events like this and have a rocking Karvachauth in the coming years!
