Karvachauth Celebrations

A-Block Sushant Lok took the celebration of Karvachauth a little more seriously this time. Mehndi girls were called 2 days before the day and they were putting Mehndi at a reasonable price of Rs 500 both hands front and back and a lot of neighbourhood ladies took this opportunity to walk to the park, get the Mehndi put and walk back home. A Panditji was called for the Karvachauth puja sharp at 4 pm which took place in the Park like always. Post-puja Tea, coffee and cold drinks were served and a few games of Tambola were enjoyed by residents as well. This time due to the formation of the Sushant Lok Ladies Club a lot of ladies were present to celebrate the day.
