karate is a martial art developed in the Ryukyu Kingdom. In karate, the hands and legs are used as weapons. Every child should learn karate as it focuses on selfdefence, discipline, fitness, concentration and self-possession.
It’s a great facility that karate martial arts lessons are given to Princeton boys and girls. Suraj Prakash who has 20 years of experience, trains the students and prepares the students for district, state and national level competitions too!! At Princeton, he teaches Children ranging between the ages of 6 to 14. To begin with, students are asked to run along the edges of the park for a couple of rounds, followed by exercises. Karate master gives his lessons twice a week at Princeton.
The friendly behaviour of the instructor enables him to impart the tactics of the art to the students easily. Karate gains importance among kids as it builds confidence and hones leadership skills.
