The Palms hosted the belt test for the students of Alan-ThilakShito Ryu Karate School on Sunday, 10th March 2024 where over 35 children participated showcasing their skill and technique in the martial arts. 20 children were awarded trophies for best performance. Other than the coach, Biju sir, three people as Sensai (martial arts teachers) were present to judge the performances.
Meya Kaur (10 yrs), Vedansh Bansal (10 yrs) and Kabir Agarwal (5 yrs) from The Palms were awarded trophies among the best performers.
The trophies were awarded by Ms. Punam Singh (Vice President, Governing Body, PAOA) and Mr. Tarun Grover (Member of Governing Body, PAOA).
Participants had come from seven different locations including The Palms, Dwarka Sec-10, Mayfield Garden, South City-II, Malibu Town, Maruti Vihar and Gurgaon One. All participating children graduated to the next level of belt in Karate.
The event was enthralling and exciting for both participants and the audience.
