Personality of the month
Please tell us a little about yourself:
I am Kamal Aggarwal, born and raised in Hisar, Haryana. My father, a retired Merchant Navy officer, and my mother, a homemaker with many talents, greatly influenced my upbringing. My husband, Anshuman Aggarwal, also hails from Hisar and is an admired personality of Suncity.
I currently work as a Parenting Coach. Before this, I served as a Learning and Development leader for Fortune 500 companies. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and am an ISTD-certified trainer. With 20 years of extensive experience in Social and Emotional skills, I have been honoured with the “Inspiring Women Award” and the “Best Career Counsellor Award” (Delhi-NCR).
What are your views on Suncity as a township? I have lived in Suncity for nearly 18 years. When we first moved here, there was no regular electricity supply, and we relied solely on generators. The area now known as G Block was once a picturesque foothill of the Aravalli range. Over the years, I have watched Suncity grew into a vibrant and thriving place to live.
Please tell us about your profession.
I am working as a Parenting Coach and Career Counsellor. When I found myself struggling with parenting my two kids—complete with all the yelling and tantrums—I knew there had to be a better way. This realization sparked a lifelong passion to solve these challenges in my home. After years of studying Adlerian Psychology and Brain-Based Parenting, I applied this scientific knowledge to my own family. The transformation was astounding, and I knew I had to share these methods with other parents.
My experience as a Social and Emotional Skills trainer, combined with my background as a Child Development graduate and extensive research in parenting, makes me a trusted voice and a reliable sounding board in parenting circles.
What are some of your hobbies?
I enjoy reading and watching TV to clear my mind. I initiated the first E-newsletter for Suncity, which was one of my ways to contribute to this beautiful community.

I want children to reach their full potential.
