Pran Pratishtha (consecration) ceremony of Lord Ram in the newly built Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya, on 22 January, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and devotion of an Utsav at Exotica Apartments, E-block, Sector-50.
The temple precinct wore a festive look with banners, buntings and saffron flags fluttering all around. Hundreds of lamps were illuminated in all apartments and across every nook and corner of the society to mark this auspicious occasion. It was indeed a festival of lights embedded with faith, consciousness, prestige and glory that united the society in festive cheer.
Residents organised a “Bhandara” where Prasad was served to everyone around. Celebrations continued till late evening. Bhajan Sandhya was organised in the society temple, residents participated in good numbers.
Special prayers were held where residents prayed for peace, tranquillity and wellness of all.
Within a few days, on 26 Januaury, there was another celebratory day! In a spirit of unity and patriotism, our society came together to commemorate the 75th Republic Day with fervour and joy. The day commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag, symbolizing our collective pride and commitment to the nation.
As we sang the national anthem, the echoes resonated with the shared values that bind us together. Republic Day in our society was not just an event; it was a celebration of our collective identity and the spirit of being proud citizens of a vibrant and diverse nation – a Patriotic Bliss!
The air was filled with the aroma of patriotism as residents gathered for a breakfast feast – From crispy bread pakoras to cheesy delights and traditional kheer, the diverse spread reflected the rich tapestry of our cultural heritage. Games, cultural performances and a sense of camaraderie highlighted the festivities, fostering a deep sense of community. Jai Hind!
