Temple of inner wisdom’ is a group of learned people in Delhi from all walks of life. The group holds discussions and talks on various topics regularly. This time they planned to celebrate ‘ Sanskrit divas’ on August 31. They were looking for a Sanskrit scholar and who better than our Janak Bhatia – a Sanskrit scholar , with more than 35 years of teaching experience could have done justice? They invited her for a talk and a question answer session.
She spoke about how Sanskrit is a scientific language which is even accepted by our own computer! We recite Sanskrit shlokas before performing any sacred ritual as Sanskrit is considered to be Devbhasaha – language of our gods.
Janak Bhatia also answered multiple questions related to our very commonly recited mantras and shlokas. Why we recite them, what is the meaning and what is the correct pronunciation.
We feel proud of the fact that such a genius lives in our sector. Because of such great teachers and personalities, we are bound to our roots and our language.
