It isn’t a Dog’s Life

The water puddles in parks, created by the watering of plants and grass, have become a great attraction for not only small children but also stray dogs looking for some respite from the scorching heat. While the poor little children are not allowed to even go near the puddle, stray dogs have the luxury of lazing in the pool, much to the envy of the small children. Some gates in J Block parks do not close properly, so the stray canines have easy access to the parks.
