21st May saw Carlton Lawns decked with Food Stalls, shopping stalls, kids’ rides but above all a big screen to stream the live IPL match of RCB vs GT on a big screen with 4k resolution. The
evening began with a bit of disappointment for the cricket fans as the match was put on hold due to rain on the cricket ground but a few moments later, the residents flocked their way to the lawns to munch on some delicious food whilst their kids were occupied in the “kids zone”. The match resumed and the lawns were full of buzz and cheer. As the match went on, a few residents participated in Tambola and free sampling of egg products provided by “EGGOZ Nutrition”.
The event was co-sponsored by Nestle and was appreciated by cricket lovers, foodies, shopaholics and kids. “Hosting a cricket match on the big screen for residents is one of the most amazing things. It gives us a chance to bond with other cricket fans and makes cheering more fun”- mentioned one of the residents.
The evening ended as the Event Anchor got everyone to participate in various activities.
