The AOA conducted a celebration on the occasion of the International Yoga Day. On Sunday, 18 June morning, residents gathered in the amphitheatre to perform yoga, led by our inhouse Yoga teacher, Supriya Narula (11241). The highlight of the celebration was the special performance by children. Supriya had taken the initiative to train them for two weeks in the preparation for the Yoga Day. The kids made everyone proud with their nimble aasans. The younger residents proved, once again, that when our minds & thoughts are free & light like feathers, the same gets reflected in our postures! Healthy wholesome breakfast was available at the venue on a pay & eat basis. Residents were encouraged to bring their own mats & plates.
