Dance is the best medicine for refreshment of mind and mood. International Dance Day is observed annually on 29 April to celebrate the art form. The day aims to spread awareness about the benefits of dance and bring people together through it.
When you dance you forget all stress and trouble bothering you and just enjoy the moment with music. The best way to heal and nourish your soul is to dance with joy.
We, Zumba girls (Barkha, Deepa, Deepti, Gargi and Priyanka) celebrated this day with our family and friends. Our Zumba instructor, choreographed songs for us, for which we all dressed up in complete Indian attire. Lovely Kanchan aunty captured all the beautiful moments and she cheered for us. We completed this event celebration with mouthwatering snacks.
Our little munchkin also honoured our choreographer with their solo perfomances Ayaansh performed on Naatu Naatu song, Vedika performed on Ghungroo tutt gaye and Vachi performed on Namo Namo Shankara And lastly we all came together to dance Pe chance Marley…. It was totally a fun filled day to remember and cherish.
