“The best way to predict the future is to create it together.”With that in mind, on Sunday, 4 February 2024, our active and esteemed residents got together to finally take forward and execute the Interim Residents Representative Management Committee (IRRMC) till the time the formal AOA kicks in.
A formal AOA has a few hurdles to cross before it can come into existence, but its absence has been one of the reasons that the society has been left impaired of resolutions and basic upliftment. The true potential, and the living that we deserve, have been heavily impacted.
Grave issues never reached a solution; culprits were let off the hook! Issues related to progress and upliftment might be something that a few of us can look through the corner of our eyes but for most of us, Jaypee Wishtown is ‘Home’.
Some of us started off our adult lives here, some of us are relishing our retirement years & many of us are raising kids who are ‘our future’ in these towers. The evening saw likeminded people parting with a blanket or with prior Sunday engagements to be in the lawns on a windy evening with only welfare at heart for all of us.
The IRRMC has representation from different towers. Its establishment is solely dedicated to fostering positive changes within our community. Our strength lies in unity; a committee focused on welfare initiatives will undoubtedly amplify our impact.
Issues big and small will be addressed and taken through by the IRRMC. It will address the diverse needs of our members, promote social well-being, and create a supportive environment for everyone. I encourage each of you to join and support the committee as each of us brings a variety of perspectives and skills that will contribute to the success of our collective efforts.
Together, we can create a community that thrives on compassion, understanding, and shared responsibilities!
The elders, after years of brainstorming and planning, are putting pieces together to pave the way for a better, more inclusive living environment for all members of our community. Their life experiences provide guidance; by acknowledging their leadership, we strengthen the fabric of our community and rejoice the bonds of camaraderie.
