On the occasion of National Science Day, students at the Books For All (BFA) Library-cum-Creativity Centre at NEMP School, Gejha village, Noida, showcased their remarkable ingenuity by crafting a vacuum cleaner using a simple bottle. While the success of the invention may not be the primary focus, the spirit of innovation displayed is truly commendable.
This achievement serves as a valuable lesson, highlighting the importance of supporting and nurturing talent of students in village schools. BFA’s role in promoting such creative challenges is significant, emphasizing the need for safe spaces where young minds can thrive and explore their potential.
The success of this endeavour wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication of BFA Librarians and Volunteers who generously invest their time and effort in nurturing budding talents. The six Library-cum-Creativity Centres that BFA supports in Government Schools across Noida stand as inviting environments for individuals to volunteer and contribute in teaching underprivileged children from various sections of the society.
Imparting knowledge to young minds is truly a blessing and needs only time and a little effort. BFA extends a warm invitation to residents of Noida to visit any of its six libraries and join in supporting underprivileged children. Together, we can foster a culture of innovation and empowerment, creating a brighter future for the less privileged.
