Innoculation Camp – MMR/Measles

For residents, of our colony as well as the neighbouring ones, and residents from the surrounding urban villages, NFC RWA (Ashoka Park) in collaboration with MCD organized a FREE Inoculation Camp on 19 Feb at the office premises to administer free shots for MMR/Measles to children between the age group of 5 months up to 9 years. The team of doctors administered shots to many children. In fact, the residents and all others who availed benefit were extremely thankful for the initiative and requested for more such camps to be organized by the RWA. The team of doctors and staff also educated the beneficiaries, parents etc. Of the importance of inoculation and the necessity for the same as a preventive measure on the lines of the famous tag line, “Prevention Is Better Than Cure”.
