Inflated Water Bills

It seems the problem of inflated water bills is far from over. An E Block resident started receiving highly inflated water bills a few months back. Upon lodging complaint, DJB replaced his water meter. The resident was however shocked to receive yet another heavy water bill recently that seemed totally unjustified given the fact that the resident lives alone in the house and the bill amount is incommensurate with his water consumption. At times, it becomes rather difficult to understand the basis of billing by the Water Department.
