Hamilton court community celebrated the spirit of freedom, 76th Independence Day, with a lot of zest, brotherhood and patriotic feelings. The flag unfurling ceremony was followed by an enthusiastic speech of RWA president, Tapan Paul. Remembering the brave souls who fought for our liberty, re-enforcing the values and principles that define our great nation, and promising to follow in the footsteps of our leaders.
There was a lineup of events organised by the RWA to celebrate and reignite our love for our motherland. The participation of all age groups from children to senior students ignited the patriotic spirit of one and all. The performance included patriotic songs, dance performances, poetry recitation, instrumental music, games for children as well as Hamilton security & maintenance officers.
Independence Day celebrations rekindle our vows, strive to be better citizens, cherish our diversity, and work towards a prosperous and harmonious nation.
