This year, our Q block came together to celebrate Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotism. The event was a vibrant display of our love for the nation. The morning began with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the singing of the National Anthem. It was a moment of pride and reverence for everyone present.
Residents of all ages participated. The entire lane was decorated with tricolour flags and garlands on the gate, adding to the celebratory atmosphere.
The highlight of the day was a heartfelt speech by our senior, an octogenarian resident, reminding us of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters. The event concluded with light refreshments.
