Princeton Estate Condominium, despite making the environment and ambience appealing with beautiful flora and fauna, they are ahead in their thoughts in preparing an adorable cricket ground for the members, especially the children.
The cricket ground was in the making for about one and a half months with the boundary net on the periphery and watering and soiling the ground for a desirable pitch. The work was carefully examined by the President and his team to make sure of the best quality.
Finally, the ground was made ready for inauguration. Children knew no bounds for their happiness as they would soon start to play cricket on the ground.
Both the pitches adjacent to each other were inaugurated by two of our graceful senior members of the laughter club. One of them was opened by Surender Mohan Gaur and the other one by Sanjay Sengupta.
President of RWA Dr. Kazi was very much present along with about 25 children and a few members of the managing committee. The ceremony concluded with the distribution of a juice pack and a few chocolates for the children.
Princeton not only has a cricket pitch but has a spacious basketball and football ground too! The gathering of children at the site every evening is a matter of great pride and it takes us back to a few decades of our childhood days. It is an admirable sight to watch children running along the periphery of our society for a warm-up exercise every evening. The coaches and guides are regularly involved in raising the future Gawaskars and Tendulkars.
