The poem is for the ones who knew him, and for those who didn’t, they will understand what a great human he was.
He is not with us today but will forever remain in our hearts.
He shone bright as day,
Turning darkness into a sparkling array!
His smile was a thousand lights,
Bringing happiness at sight!
He was joyful and happy,
Bringing sunshine everywhere!
His calm was a balm,
Brought storms to disarm!
His wit and wisdom,
Got many to listen.
He braved and saved,
With the needy to partake!
He was a great friend and mentor,
Never a bore!
His presence we adored,
Laughter and mirth flew around much more!
His need to hold,
Gather and celebrate,
Brought family together,
Friends and foes to assimilate!
His sentimental quotient,
Always with empathy moments.
His gentleness and strength,
Admired at length!
He loved to talk, gather the flock,
Never mind the clock!
His anecdotes interesting adventures,
He was always a go-getter.
He lay to rest in peace,
On the day, 21st of month three.
The year was cloudy, 2023
