A resident of our colony noticed this bin in one of the colony parks and could not help but photograph it. The whole purpose of having a garbage bin in a public place gets defeated if it is not replaced once it has served its purpose and is no longer usable. It’s like a leaking vessel that cannot hold water. If the condition of the ‘Bin didn’t reflect the apathy of the Civic agencies so blatantly, it would be quite funny to see.
