On a perfect sunny day, the residents of Carlton soaked in the warmth of the sun with a choice of cuisine to choose from.

Ranging from Desi Chinese to delicious chole bature and biryani all prepared by home chefs.

The stalls were not limited to eating joints but also items like pickles and chives all made by home chefs. Organised by an associate named Gharobar, their theory is simple to promote small businesses and help them grow. Home chefs are just the starters but the plan to bring onboard more such small businesses to help them gain better coverage.

The afternoon was well spent with residents enjoying home-cooked goodies and shopping for goodies made by the budding entrepreneurs.
