In a shocking turn of events in DLF Phase 2 on 20th November, a parked Toyota Corolla was left damaged after being hit by a red Kia Sonet in J-11 Lane. The incident, which occurred outside the Corolla owner’s residence, resulted in significant damage to the passenger side headlight and the bumper of the vehicle. The unfortunate incident took place in broad daylight, yet shockingly, the driver of the Kia Sonet made no attempt to check on the damage or notify the owner of the Corolla. CCTV footage from a nearby resident provides clear evidence of the incident.
Residents of DLF Phase 2 have expressed concerns over the rising number of such incidents and the apparent negligence exhibited by certain drivers. This hit-and-run has raised questions about road safety and the responsibility of drivers in residential areas. Despite the clear evidence captured on CCTV, no immediate action has been reported.
