Hindi Diwas was celebrated in Amrit Paul Arya Sishu Shala on Tuesday, September 10. The event had a debate competition (Vaad-Vivaad) for students of classes 3 to 5 and a poem recitation competition (Kavita Path) for students of classes pre-nursery to class 2. A large number of students participated. The performance of students was judged by a panel of three experts. The best three students in each category were given prizes. The event was attended by Rajender Kumar Verma, president, Arun Bahl, secretary, Amar Singh Pahal, treasurer, Vijay Lakhanpal, former president, Amla Thukral, member education committee, and other senior members of Arya Samaj. The event was planned and executed by school teachers under the guidance of Saroj Abrol, school in charge, and Kamlesh Bist, headmistress.
