They Decided to Bare & Misbehave & Create Nuisance
The Entire Sector is Up in Arms!
When I built my house in 1993 sector 15A was called VIP sector because senior bureaucrats of UP and other states had their houses here. Past president Late PK Kaul had total control of the sector events and happenings. I don’t recall being bothered by Hijras when me and my family moved into our new house. It seems they dared not disturb our peace let alone bare and misbehave.
Over the years things have changed and as Anand Arya says we are no more a VIP sector but a Rich Sector! This the exactly the reason why Hijras have also changed their course of action and started demanding big time money from our rich society which has to give in to them.
Young Jains who are probably new to the sector were not aware of the kind of money they would expect from them on the birth of their new born baby. In situations like these it’s always better to call your neighbours or friends living around for help to settle the score. Confrontation with them will lead to they trying to extort money.
Our past vice president Minakshi Goil told me that a similar situation arose when her friend’s son got married a few months back. When Hijras arrived, they were in panic. Minakshi was summoned and she controlled the situation and settled it for Rs 60, 000. This is the minimum they would settle for so that there is no unnecessary fuss or misbehaviour.
Some residents argue that this is extortion and why should they pay this kind of money. The truth is that the same residents paid crores to buy a house in 15A and spent crores in their child’s marriage but when it came to giving to this underprivileged community they pulled back.
We have realised over the years that No RWA no Police no security guard (personal or RWA) will be able to help and we rich residents have to shell out their demanded price and account for it as our cost of the event.

“Today the Sector Guards specially Pawan and all played a very negative role by supporting This transgender’s group, in helping them making an extortion at Jain’s place.”
“The same happened with me in year 2015. I got married in 2013 and shifted here to Noida permanently in June 2014 and we got blessed with a daughter in Feb 2015. In Feb or March 2015 these people came to our house in pretext of blessing the child and made extortion from Me. As I was alone at home with few servants and newborn. As there was no other lady in our family (Mother-in-law or any sister-in-law) my husband was also gone to his factory. These people were forcing me to give them my gold bangles or 1.25 lakhs. They sort of house arrested me in my house, didn’t even allow me to call any neighbours for negotiation. They started blackmailing me by saying that either they will take away my new born daughter or will remove their clothes and will sit naked on my house gate. I got scared and after they robbed me and went away… i went into depression and kept on crying for days together as I felt badly tortured mentally and emotionally.”
“Today nobody went and supported Jain Family except me. Neither RWA nor Sector Security. Even it will be more correct if i will say the sector security helped these kinners in robbing Jain Family.”
“What for this RWA is elected and what for we pay annual fees to RWA and what for these chor and thug security guards are for.”
While going to the press we received the following message from the RWA
Subject: Issue of Kinners (transgenders) in Sector 15A
Dear Residents
Looking into the resident’s issue on transgenders, the undersigned met the transgender group of three today morning in the office. Their names and numbers given below
1.Chandni – 8510016914
2.Karishma – 9971145978
3.Priya – 9560468023
This group is now separated from the old group and has formed their own group, and the area of Sector 15A has been given to these transgenders now.
They have assured that they will not disturb the residents as far as possible and they will cooperate in all means according to the wishes of the residents.
We tried to fix up the rates but they regret our proposals and assured that they will accept according to the wishes of our residents. They have also informed that kinner rates are never fixed anywhere.
