in a significant step toward illuminating dark spots in our colony, and improving safety, high mast lights have been installed at three key locations in Greater Kailash 2, funded by Hon’ble Minister and our MLA Sh Saurabh Bhardwaj. The installations have been placed strategically in M block Tikona Park, M Block market G20 Park, and the M Block Market exit intersection, based on the requests of residents.
At Tikona Park, the new lighting has enhanced security for evening walkers, allowing them to enjoy the park without concerns about dimly lit sections. Similarly, M Block G20 Park has seen increased foot traffic as the brighter surroundings provide a safer atmosphere for market visitors as well as evening walkers. At M Block Market intersection, the high mast lights have illuminated a previously dark spot, improving both pedestrian and vehicular visibility in the busy area.
This upgrade has not only made our neighbourhood safer but also enhanced the overall aesthetics for residents and visitors alike, ensuring better security during evening hours.
