Overseas Apartments is known for celebrating all festivals with much enthusiasm. Hariyali Teej was also celebrated with much zeal and fervor on August 18, 2023.
Once again, the event was organized by power packed team- Rinki Verma, Ruchi Mathur and Ruby Jha and yours faithfully. All the ladies graced the occasion in Green (Hara) colour attire, which holds deep cultural significance. After the meet and greet ceremony where residents introduced themselves and shared their interests and hobbies; photo session was carried out at the central park. Pictures were taken around the lush green park as well as swings (jhula) to honor the tradition. Various fun games were organized, along with tombola on popular demand. Veena Agarwal. Radha and the author of this write up filled the environment with soulful music. Aditi and Manju added energy and colour with their dance performances. Mrs. Joshi stole the show with her unbeatable humor, love and dance. She is an epitome of grace and vigor. Event was concluded with traditional snacks and tea. Hariyali Teej gets bigger and better with each passing year at overseas.
