Gurupurab also known as Prakash parv celebrates the birth of the first Sikh guru, Guru Nanak. The founder of Sikhism, Guru Nanak is highly revered by the Sikh community and residents of Apex Athena celebrated the same with immense joy and fun on 13 November 2022. The day began with Prabhat fairi early in the morning continued by setting up of a beautiful flower decorated mandap in the residential complex. This was followed by path Japji Sahib at 10 a.m. and path Sukhmani Sahib at 11 a.m. The whole event was conducted as a voluntary contribution, with Ranjit Singh taking lead. A seamless and a effortless arrangement was organized with utmost discipline and harmony. The day was filled with the musical rendition of Gurbani and even with loud speakers present the vibes were highly serene and peaceful. The program concluded with the mandatory langer at noon in which the residents and management.
