Guru Arjan Devji’s Shaheedi Divas was on June 10th this year,despite such excessive heat, Ridgewood Path Group Ladies as usual distributed Rose Lassi and Bisleri water bottles to all the staff of Ridgewood complex including Security guards, Housekeeping workers, Electricians, Plumbers, Gardeners, office staff and labourers working for ongoing Project of Roads in the complex. The distribution was done out of compassion with a thought to give them a little relief working on open roads in such scorching heat with deep rooted emotions and respect towards their Guru who was ordered to sit on a hot plate with pouring of boiling sand on his body by King Jahangir but he stoodby to safe guard interest of Aam Janta,core Sikh values of truth,justice and equality that he championed.
