Borrowing from a popular Series, “Guns and Gulaabs” are the lot of almost every RWA and SCRWA is no exception.
However, it is always wise to focus on accomplishments for two reasons. Firstly, it gives all of us a feeling of triumph and secondly, it serves to spur the Office Bearers to do even better. As for detractors, there are enough for every achievement, big or small. I am sure all of us can vouch for that.
With this in mind let us take cognisance of the successful execution of two pieces of work. Firstly, eighteen new Tata Transformers were connected and energised in South City 1. Also, one new Transformer was installed with the appropriate distribution of load.
Secondly, A Block residents heaved a sigh of relief after a new sewerage line was placed and then connected with the GMDA line. In the pipeline is a new sewerage line for C Block.
With these successful endeavours under its belt, we trust that SCRWA will be able to get more residents as Members so that with augmented funds, a lot more tasks can be brought to fruition. After all, money makes the mare go!
