Gulmohar Park: Ultimate Donation

Gulmohar Park community is proud of it’s veterans who chose to donate their bodies after their demise. The proud community of Journalists includes several veterans who wanted to contribute to the society even in death. Balraj Mehra willed to donate his body for medical research in 2013, and his wife Sushila Mehta willed for the same two years later. Sabita Dasgupta and Punya priya Dasgupta also wished to donate their bodies and their wish was fulfilled. SPK Gupta, who passed away recently also gave his body for the noble cause. Their wish was honored by their family members. We salute such deep thinkers who wished to help not just the medical community but also several people through organ donation. They set an example for the the young generation to imbibe.
