Further to the cycle ride for ‘Awareness of Blood Donation’ for children with cancer for the PGI of Child Health by Green Shakti Foundation on Oct 2, with 100+ cyclists from three states – a cycling event in Delhi’s diplomatic area was held on October 15 by the European Union to address climate change and associated issues.
Here again, almost 200+ cyclists came from all over. The Netherlands Ambassador also cycled, during which he too, echoed the campaign for ‘Blood Donations’ for children with cancer.
At the end of the ride, the Dy Ambassador of Denmark too campaigned for the cause after Green Shakti Foundation echoed the cause to this gathering appealing to regularly donate for these kids coming from all over India – NE, Kashmir and even Nepal.
Almost 600 children come here from all over for blood disorders, cancers, cardiac surgeries etc.
Through Samvada, again an appeal is made to all healthy Noidaites to donate blood for your little guests as these little angels don’t know people here.
