A renowned spiritual orgnis-ation of Noida organised the Shiva Baraat on the ocassion of Mahashivratri in sector 39. The celebrations started from F 80 and concluded with E71 while doing rounds across all blocks of the sector and stopping at host houses for light refreshments and fruits .During the entire journey, good care of the participants was taken by serving drinks and snacks to make the procession go on with energetic fervour along the planned path.
Shiva’s hymns were echoing everywhere. The devotees were moving forward coloured in the colours of Lord Bhole Nath, chanting bhajan and kirtan.
This was the scene of Shiv Baraat – which started from F-80, in which children, elders, youth, women all participated with full enthusiasm in the Shiva-Parvati marriage.
Shiva procession was organized under the aegis of the followers of Acharya Atul Krishna Shastri and honorable members Sheela Aggarwal, Pawan Aggarwal, Savita Phogat, Sandeep Phogat, Vandana Khanna of the spiritual organization. Devotees were dancing to the music of DJ and band. Behind them were dancing artists, Shivalinga formations, band parties and horse riders. A live tableau was also going on. The bhajan singers of the troupe and the wedding procession were also dancing amidst the tableau.
As soon as the Shiva procession reached E-71, women initiated Shiva – Parwati Aarti in a traditional manner. During this, a Bhandara was organized by the organizers and Prasad was distributed among the devotees.
Jyotirling sadhana and Abhishek was started at 10 p.m by devotees which took almost four-hour to complete.Puja ended with Shiv Aarti and Prasad distribution.
All devotees concluded the prayers with dedication and also give the msg that all residents of the sector are together while celebrating the ceremonies like Shivratri and other festivals. with incredible memories
