An old scooter, a two wheeler has been abandoned by the side wall of P30 for a number of months now. Who it belongs to, why it is dumped here, gathering dust and slowly disintegrating? All these questions are unanswered. The police beat has been informed about this dumped scooter. It will be taken away by traffic police one of these days. Residents who may be the owner of this scooter should come forward to remove it voluntarily.
