GPE: Whose Cow Is It?

A cow has been found roaming in Green Park Extension M, P, R, U and V Blocks. This cow is brown in colour and is usually found sitting in these blocks, roaming around and defecating on the road, sometimes in front of the gates of residential buildings and also urinating in front of others. No one knows who this cow belongs to and where it is coming from. Apparently this cow comes in through gate number 10 and disappears by the late evening. This is a clear case of animal abuse as it is left to forage for food by itself and is not fed and taken care of. In such a scenario animal rescue centres can be called to help pick up the cattle and take it away for better care and upkeep.
