RWA 15A organised a collection and donation drive in partnership with the NGO Goonj. Collection was done on 7 and 8 Oct so that working residents could also donate their stuff. The camp was held outside the Club. Kuch dil ki suno was the tag-line of Goonj and our 15A residents turned up in large numbers on both the days, donating a lot of stuff. High-quality trousers and coats, electrical goods, electronics and books were donated. Rupees twelve thousand in cash was also received. Goonj also showcased their recycled products. They had pouches made out of old audio cassette reels, recycled bags made out of old jeans, Durees and skipping ropes made out of old sarees and small pouches. Many residents bought their recycled products. The main coordinators of this collection drive from the RWA were Anupma Sharma Bhardwaj and Prashant Sehgal.
