Goonj, the famous NGO operating in the then-NCR, held its quarterly camp in Ridgewood last week to collect clothes that adult residents do not wear any longer and wish to donate for the use of needy adults. This camp was a thumping success last week, and Goonj carried away a truck full of clothes. It was heartening to see residents wholeheartedly visiting the camp with bags full of worn-out clothing but useful and welcome for needy adults, male or female.
