The Greater Kailash-II Resident Welfare Association proudly hosted its inaugural Dandiya Night on October 6, 2024, at Gurudw-ara Nanaksar. This vibrant event marked a significant milestone for the community, bringing residents together in a celebration filled with energy and joy.
Attendees flocked to the venue, dancing to lively Dandiya tunes and sharing radiant smiles. A diverse array of food stalls enhanced the festive atmosphere, offering a delicious spread that delighted everyone. The organisers arranged for Dandiyas, ensuring that the attendees made the most of the evening. The evening was further honoured by the presence of our Honorable Minister, Mr. Saurabh Bhardwaj, who highly praised the RWA’s efforts in organizing such a splendid event. SHO Mr. Yogeshwar Singh also graced the occasion.
The event aimed to promote community spirit, brotherhood, and mutual respect, values that resonated deeply with residents, who embraced the opportunity to come together as one. The women’s fraternity of the RWA led the planning and execution of this remarkable evening, with invaluable support from senior members. Ms. Sangita, Ms. Urmila, Ms. Archana and I, worked diligently under Mr. Sanjay Rana’s capable guidance, ensuring every detail was flawlessly managed.
The MC’s Mr Aarya Gupta, Ms Devyani Chibber and Ms Megha infused high energy and cheerfulness amongst the audience, assuring high levels of enjoyment and fun for all age groups. It was a captivating evening that will leave cherished memories for years to come.
