A get-together was organised by the morning walkers of D-block Park in DLF Phase 1. It was a great effort, which not only made the walkers meet after the morning hours for lunch but also their families. The families met each other for the first time and had an amazing time celebrating the onset of the new year.
There was a widespread food menu, which included gol gappas, Palak pata chat, kadhi chawal, and some outstanding desserts. Tea was also being served to beat
the chill. A round of tambola was also enjoyed by adults as well as young children. Everyone enjoyed the tambola so much that they insisted on repeating the game.
Initiatives like these are important to increase love and brotherhood amongst the people living in the same community so that they become part of each other thick and thin.
