There is a dhalao in front of C4/10 which is an eye sore and emanates foul smell all the time. Not only this, it’s a breeding ground for mosquitoes and definitely, a health hazard. Half of the road is always full of garbage. When MCD vans comes every day to collect garbage from each house then what’s the need for this dhalaon?
