Silver Oaks Kids Squad Welcomes Ganpati Bappa for the First Time!
In a unique and eco-friendly celebration, our kid’s squad welcomed Ganpati Bappa to Silver Oaks Society for the first time ever! The journey began with a kids workshop, sponsored by a renowned bank, where 30 enthusiastic participants created their own eco-friendly Ganesha idols. Each masterpiece is a testament to their creativity. Inspired by the workshop’s success, we invited Ganpati Bappa to our community. The kids proudly performed the sthapana of their handmade idols alongside the residents, who installed the larger idol. Our talented residents transformed the pandal into a breathtaking space, reflecting the festival’s spirit. For 1.5 days, over 100-150 residents gathered twice daily for aarti and bhajans, filling the air with devotion. The kid’s excitement was contagious as they performed aartis for their beloved Gannu Bhaiya. The visarjan ceremony saw a massive turnout, with kids eagerly bidding farewell to Lord Ganesha. As they immersed their idols in the bucket, the joy and sense of accomplishment were palpable. This inaugural celebration will be etched in our memories forever!
